Our founding father, Lance Griggs begins working alongside his grandfather Gene at A&C Pest Control in North Alabama. Gene and Lance formally establish Gene's Termite & Pest Control, serving communities across North Alabama. During this time, the business becomes known for reliable service, strong work ethic, and practical problem solving built on trust, consistency, and long-term customer relationships.

After the passing of Gene, Lance continues the family legacy by founding Spectrum Pest Management. This stage marks expansion into more advanced pest management practices, refining operational systems, and strengthening service delivery across a wider region while maintaining the same core family values.

Built on over three decades of combined experience, the company evolves into a full-service wildlife removal and property restoration team. Today, we focus on solving complex wildlife and pest issues at the source, restoring damaged homes, and providing long-term protection strategies for homeowners across North Alabama.
